Yes, we have built quite a few breweries, and dare we say we are pretty good at it. When Jason Sahler approached us to help him build his second location on the Red Hook waterfront, we were wrapping up construction up the block, on President Street, for the Finback team. With Lady Liberty off in the distance, we transformed an old waterfront warehouse into a thriving production facility and event space. New oversized doors and concrete flooring proved to be the largest gestures. Little touches like a custom bar by the neighbors at Ottra, extensive electrical and HVAC upgrades, and some brand-new production equipment rounded out this build. Go get married there…go drink a beer or two, and don’t forget to wave to The Lady in The Harbor. There are a few better ways to pass a lazy afternoon.
