It seems like a new residential tower is being completed every day in Long Island City so, it only makes sense to give them beer! After our successful Gowanus build-out for this client, we all decided to get the band back together to do it again. The concept is always “high/low” with our client through elevating simple materials through thoughtful planning and detailing. He is invested in this concept so sincerely that he named a beer after it. (Go check it out!). The brewery boasts a large bar, a depressed seating area, new concrete floors, custom cabinetry alongside a new mechanical system and its’ production component.
