Founded in 2011, Finback Brewery is a testament to the passion for brewing and experimentation. After an extensive search for the perfect location, the brewery finally found its home in Queens in 2013. We were privileged to be part of the team that helped bring this space to life, a 5,000 SF facility with an impressive ceiling height of approximately 29 feet. Our team worked on the general build-out of both the production and hospitality facility, creating an atmosphere that complements the brewery’s unique and innovative craft beer offerings. As a result of our efforts, the brewery is now able to self-distribute its beers in draft format throughout the greater NYC area. Finback is not only a great addition to the city’s craft beer scene, but it’s also an impressive space that demonstrates the possibilities of thoughtful and creative design in construction.
