This restaurant was a gem of a project, a cross between one wine-loving partner and the other more food-centric chef. The outcome; a spare but crisply articulated room that allows the real stars of the show to shine: The food & beverages. Along the way, we built an 8.000 bottle wine cellar which required some formidable footings shoehorned in a 150-year-old loft space. A great testing of our skills on all levels, from brute technical savvy to finishing the front-of-house details. This restaurant became an instant classic of his Tribeca neighborhood.
