Across the street and slightly to the west of our first and second project with this client, this renovation was a bit more modest, yet still quite striking. The focus was on finishes and efficient use of the space, with the “guts” of the building and its systems staying primarily undisturbed. This client continues to challenge our ideas on construction and project delivery, and our ability to live up to his impeccable high standars has proven to be a win for all parties.
