Jr. Project Manager
Erik Richardson is a construction manager professional who has achieved success on a variety of commercial and residential projects. In college, he majored in graphic design and minored in construction management. Although still relatively new to the construction world, he has tackled major projects including a $150,000,000 project at 3 World Trade Center and a $50,000,000 project with JP Morgan.
With his diverse background and a variety of projects under his belt, combined with the right opportunities, he brings to In House his formidable talents which have been proven in his career to date. He is looking to develop his expertise further in the field on all fronts phases and with varied types of construction. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty in order to achieve success and guarantee client satisfaction. He believes anything can be achieved if you are willing to push yourself hard enough.
On a personal note, Eric also enjoys creating music or creating pieces of art through several different types of mediums. His artwork has ranged from painting to sketches, to graphic design. The creativity that flows through his art also allows for him to open up his mind and think outside of the box to arrive at unique solutions to resolve any conflicts. This skill is especially applicable to the world of construction. He has joined In House Group in order to expand his knowledge further in the industry and to allow them to shepherd him to the stars. After all, the sky is the limit.
