Program: Architects office 5,000 Sf studio space, conference rooms, bathrooms, allied trade rental offices, archiving space, tool storage, model shop ,pin-up spaces.
This progressive interior office renovation was quite personal ,as its our space as well as the home of our allied architectural firm.
The offices that contain collectively the principal, staff and partners and their business endeavors of Construction, Architecture and Development companies, are all housed under a singular spatial motif. The MIG 23 is an evolutionary progression from our previous offices’ artifact: A full size yellow school bus. It is meant to symbolize our evolution as a forward thinking design and build office. (Our next office will contain a rocket, no doubt).
